We are now past the deadline for making reservations at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. If you need
to cancel a room please contact Edgar N. (Eddie) Sutton. We have a wait list for rooms needed. If I
can replace your room the deposit of one night you have paid would be returned to you. IF YOU
CALL THE HOTEL AND CANCEL YOUR ROOM YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

I have had this information on the ABA news for sometime but some have called the hotel
to cancel their rooms.
